High School Equivalency/ College Prep

This course is designed to prepare you for the GED and college entrance exams. Participants will work together as a class, in small groups, and independently in consultation with the instructor. Our focus will be on reading text closely and connecting ideas between texts, the world, and life. You will be asked to write, beginning with personal narratives and moving to evidence based writing, including practice essays for the GED. You will also take practice tests.
